What we will not do
Plumbing has a reputation problem, and parts of it are earned. People call in a bad moment, often at night, with no idea what anything should cost. We do not quote one number on the phone and a different one on the invoice. We do not sell a new water heater when the old one needs a $60 part. We do not sell rental equipment. We do not tell you a whole sewer line has to be dug when the camera shows relining will do. Our published prices are part of the same promise: you should know the range before we knock.

A licensed plumber on every job. CONFIRM: e.g. Licensed plumbers (Ontario 306A Certificate of Qualification); TSSA-registered contractor with G2 gas technicians for gas water heaters. CONFIRM: e.g. WSIB covered, $2M commercial general liability. The price in writing before work starts. Photos before, during and after, sent to you. The site left as clean as we found it, with the old parts gone. CONFIRM: e.g. 1 year on labour; manufacturer warranty on parts.
Why Markham Road
We picked a shop on Markham Road near Kirkham Drive because it puts us minutes from Cedarwood, Armadale, Box Grove, Markham Village and Cornell, and a straight run up to Stouffville. Being close is the difference between a wet floor and a ruined basement at 2 a.m. The service area page explains what we see in each part of the city.
